Light bleeding and cramping
I had a miscarriage on January 30th of 2017 i then had a bad period not that long after but my last 2 periods have been really light almost like implantation bleeding with mild cramping is this normal i took a pregnancy test it came back negative i have also been feeling really nauseous.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Get a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done.
Get it checked out by a gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Take the reports along with you.
That's the only thing you can do.
