Light pain ,diarrhea and black stoles

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I been having diarrhea since the past 3 days upset stomach with light pain with little blood n black stoles today ..my stomach feels a little tight but I did tell my doctor 1 year ago I had blood every few months but he said is most likely a hemroid

Yeah. Now infection as well as hemorrhoids. Both need to be treated immediately,otherwise it will be getting worse. Do you have Acidity problems ?
