I have been having pain my right shoulder after workout in gym and i feel my arm neutral and there is swelling

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Neck Exercises. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a mus Hot Fomentation.

Exercise of any muscles include mild injuring of the same. If it's routine pain after exercise it will go of it's own. Else you will need thorough assessment and then prescribed treatment.
Next Steps
wait for the pain to subside,then do any physical training of the same muscle.

Hello Gm.., it seems u've injured ur muscles around shoulder while workout... which is not properly healed n so is the pain..
Next Steps
visit a experienced physiotherapist get evaluated for the exact underlying reason of pain.. Take some modalities like Ultrasound/ IFT alongwith supervised strengthening n stretching exercise sessions

avoid heavy weight lifting till recovery use proper ergonomics or posture at gym.. tc..
