Lightheadedness and low pulse rate
I am mother of 6 months old baby and taking hypothroid (tsh is 3.4 when tested 3 months ago)and udiliv medications. Yesterday morning i wokeup with severe lightheadedness and unable to hold even my baby. I checked my bp which is normal but pulse rate is 54. Is it normal to have that much low pulse rate? For lightheadedness i took vertigon and one of my friend suggested to take  vitamin d . Is there any reason beyond that for my lightheadedness and low pulse rate

Low pulse rate may be because of your hypothyroidism. Lighthededness may be due to sudden change in posture after waking up from bed like orthostatic hypotension. So take care of that. Consult your Physician/Gynecologist

Low pulse rate can be normal for athletes and similar sort of people. Some medicines can also cause this. For others low pulse rate can be due to many causes. Ur light headedness can also be attributed to the low pulse rate. U will need a cardiac checkup just to make sure there is nothing wrong.
