Limbs pain.
She complains of Leg pains very frequently. Feets are most heated up. Specifically pain is in calf area. The pain is from last few years and mostly occurs in summer.

Burning feet is a symptom of vitamin deficiency. Leg cramps could be because of undue muscle contraction . Though other reasons exist Try thiocolchisode 4 mg + aceclofenac 100 mg 1-0-1 x 5 days after food Tab rabeprazole 1-0-0x 5 days before food Tab multivitamin 0-1-0 x 20 days after food

Calf muscle pain on both sides? What activity aggregates the pain? Any swelling or stiffness? Burning sensation in both feet? Sleep disturbance because of pain? Any other medical illness? Like Diabetes /Thyroid issues?

Loose weight if you’re overweight Physical therapy can build leg strength.  Exerciser also helps pump blood. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods to reduce pressure on your legs. Consult a doctor is there is weakness or numbness in legs. Rehydrate properly in the summers especially. Vitamin D3, K2 supplements might help.
