Limping post femure fracture
My wife age 45 operated last year June 19 for left femure with bone grafting at Apollo Delhi the recovery was slow latest X Ray's of July shows i bone started united but now she is able to walk with very little support  of stick but there is slight limp. The swelling above knee is not fully gone. Pl advice some basic exercises to walk normally and get rid of swelling there is no pain nothing.The xray report attached . Thanks for your advice.

She should consult a Physiotherapist in person for complete assessment of her current muscle power and to learn exercises which will reduce swelling and limping..

Don't worry limping may be due to muscle weakness take physiotherapy exercises for strengthen the muscles and proper Gate training exercises..........

Do abductor ,extensor muscle strenthening ex's for hip.. Quadricep  n calf strenthening ex's.  Do side ways walking
