Here is my Lipid Profile Serum Cholesterol: 197.4 Serum Triglyceride: 94.5 HDL Cholesterol : 60.2 LDL Cholesterol : 118.3 CHOL/ HDL Chol.Ratio : 3.28 LDL Chol/ HDL Chol Ratio : 1.97 VLDL : 18.90 Is it normal ?? What Should i do ? Fasting: Blood Glucose : 93

ldl little towards higher sides. with changes to diet and lifestyle, can be easily reversed.
