Lipid profile
I had increased lipid levels with following
Triglycerides:- 467
Total cholesterol :- 205
Was put on statin/fenofibrate , took it for sometime but left it 3 months back. I changed my diet plan, cut down sugar/salt n started regular exercise.
My recent lipid tests are following
Triglycerides:- 170
Total cholesterol:-
HDL :- 48
LDL :- 63
VLDL:- 34

Ur lipid profile s fine. Continue the lifestyle changes u made. Repeat test after 3 months
