Lipid profile
Please help me understand the attached report. Triglycerides are high, cholesterol is low. I do heavy workout 5 times a week. I have low body fat(assuming, since i got 6 abs). I weigh 90kg at 5"11'.

Dear User, cardiac risk is assessed as comprehensive risk taking into account multiple factors including lipid profile report. Some abnormal numbers on lipid profile report don't signal any immediate problem if other factors are not involved. As regards your report I see triglycerides are little high and your HDL cholesterol (Good cholesterol) is low. No need to panick or start popping any pills though. Continue exercise, take healthy diet low in oil and rich in vegetables and fibers, avoid smoking and alcohol, get good sleep. You should be fine.
