Generally lipoma is not a serious problem. It doesn't require treatment if it is small.

Consult with a doctor
Online now
Hello!!! In order to rule out other conditions that mimic appearance of lipoma, I suggest that you go ahead with the tests. ADA level of 53 indicates Tuberculosis. Please consult with your doctor for further treatment.

First we have to ascertain it's lipoma or lymphadenopathy .If it's lipoma no need to worry which can be ascertained only on basis of clinical examination .if it's lymphadenopathy you need to undergo a  FNAC or excisional biopsy of lymph node t ascertain the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Do visit to my private clinic for examination.

Hello, ADA is not specific test to diagnose tuberculosis. You will have to undergo another test known as TB gold which is a confirmatory test for tuberculosis.
