Lipoma treatment. I go for liposuction?

I have a lump growing on my cheek bone near my eye-nose corner. When I consulted doctor he suspected that it could be a lipoma. Symptoms are no pain but most of the times it is very hard to touch, some times it reduces it's size and a very few times it disappears as if I don't have it. I request you to provide immediate assistance in identifying the cause of lump n cure for it. I have gone through the treatments n found that liposuction is one of them. Can u please confirm what is the process of this lump removal if it is a Lipoma? Will it leave any stitches or scars on my face if I go for liposuction? Can I have any cure in ayurvedic/homeo/English medicine... Please help me to cure this. This is making to get worried n sleeplessness as it is growing day by day. Please help
