What medicine should be used for lipoma which had been on the body since past two months.. not painful at all but its on neck and visible... Small on size

Hello
Lipomas have to be surgically removed.
No medicine for it.
Send pic or visit my clinic in Delhi for removal, which is a small procedure under local anesthesia.
