Is the mouth also getting dry?
After radiation these effects are anticipated.
There is "E SALIVA", An artificial saliva which can be sprayed in mouth and aplied on lips. U can use it for sure. As head and neck oncosurgeon we regularly prescribe the same to our patients post chemoradio.
