Hello,
The picture provided is not very clear to assess. However, clean the burnt skin with plain water and keep the area covered with a moisturiser or white petrolatum gel and sterile dressing. Maintain hygiene. Consult your doctor in person to know if the burn is deep and if you require oral medications.
