Little Blood in mucus once in morning
I am 33 years old female. My full family had got viral in December. I dint get. But the past two week may b . Whenever i get morning i feel i hv. Mucus in my throat. So without putting pressure when i spit. I get little mucus mixed in blood once. Not very red in colour. From nose not much cold.
I usually get cold easily which is every day morning .
In the past in my life Three or four times i had got heavy congestion in chest ,difficulty breathing and used rota haler too.

Cause of blood streaked sputum is most commonly due to infection in your respiratory tract it is due to erosion of wall that line your respiratory system , concern is viral infection may weaken your immune system and cause secondary bacterial infection (yellow sputum).
As far as cold ,congestion, difficulty in breathing are symptoms of bronchi constriction.
Try to relive it by nebuliser, antihistamines and infection by antibiotic if problem persist get a appointment from pulmonologist or general physician. Hope this explains your query 😊
