Little buzz type sound sometimes
Sometimes when exposed to very loud noise like high volume music, or high noise of horns of vehicles at jams then I have a little buzzing sound in ears..what can be the reason? How to get rid of it?

Kindly get your ears examined and a audiological evaluation If you also feel dizzy with loud noise you may require CT of the inner ears
