Dear docs, yesterday I noticed little flakes of skin on my arms, when I rubbed my skin those flakes are appearing, I didn't notice this thing before, no itching or rashes...is it ok, how to know that weather is it normal or any kind of disease as I read so many things regarding skin pealing on internet like autoimmune diseases and all.
