My 10 week old hadn't pooped for 3 days and has smelly gas. He is exclusively breast fed. What diet change should I make to relieve him of this condition?

The number of motions is NOT important for the first 3-4 months of life, and varies from 10-12 times a day to just one motion after 3-4 days, sometimes more.
What IS important is the consistency of the stools, which should be soft and formed.
Just ensure breastfeeding at a gap of at least 3 hours, give nothing else by mouth and don't wake him up for a feed.
Maintain strict hygiene in giving feeds.
