Chest pain as such needs to be evaluated. Ecg beige the most basic and preliminary investigation which can give a hint regarding the cause of your chest pain. So do get it evaluated accordingly for a permanent solution to ur chest pain.

It can be heart related angina pain which happens in some patients when they eat heavy diet or cold water or refrigerated foods. Most of times gastritis also presents like this.
