Little swelling on upper part of penis
I observed my penis upper part is little swollen and it was proved when in normal state even if I pulled the skin back it would again cover the penis automatically after few seconds. But now the upper part seems to be little swollen and under normal state if skin is pulled it did not come to original position unless manually done.
