Below is the CT Whole Abdomen Report of my grandmother. She is 81 years of age. Kindly suggest for further treatment.
The
liver is cirrhotic in appearance with irregular nodular outline, fissural widening and diffuse parenchymal heterogeneity. Left lobe and caudate lobe are enlarged. There is an abnormal enhancing mass is seen in left lobe of liver in segment III measuring 2.9 x 2.5cm with exophytic extension. IHBR and common duct are not dilated.
Spleen is enlarged measuring approx. 14 cm cranio-caudally. The splenic parenchyma shows normal enhancement pattern. The splenic vein is prominent.
Multiple portosystemic collaterals are seen gastro-hepatic, GE junction and perisplenic regions.
Gall bladder is not visualised.
Pancreas is atrophic.
Bilateral kidneys are of normal size and shows homogenous contrast enhancement. No focal lesion seen. Perinephric fat planes are seen normal.
IVC, aorta is normal.
