Liver enlargement
I was suffering from  gastric problem, undergone to ultrasound that shows liver enlargement but when CT scan was done it didn't show liver enlargement. Can you help me why this difference is there? Which report is correct. And what can I do to resolve liver enlargement issue if it is there?

CT scan of abdomen is more reliable than USG abdomen report.

I would help you better if you tell me about your symptoms and actual USH report. It’s better if you consult me .

It is the measurement of the liver during ultrasound scan or during CT scan. Even the cut off point about "measurement from which point to which point " may be different.
