Hello and good morning to all respected doctors..
Plz have a look at my sonography report..and suggest me what should I do..?
Now few days back I had taken blood tests all things came normal except SGOT 67..
And ESR 25..
Plz advise me..I fear to loose my job..I shud be medically fit always..
Plz help me

Hello... Mild hepatomegaly will not harm you as if now... If you are alcoholic you should quit that habbit... Ultrasound finding should be corrected with signs and symptoms but you haven't mentioned them...fatty liver should not progress..consult general physician with report.
