What can be the consequences of liver swelling of a 7 year old boy,is it just the infection or some serious issues... Er did ultrasound today n got to know that he has liver swelling. He just has stomach ace for few days n doing vomiting from the past few days. Please tell me

Hi Enlarged liver in pediatric age group might be due to infection, inflammation, toxins ingestion, auto immune disease, drugs if child is on... Storage disorders n so on... Most commonly being infectious origin...
