Loads of noise in abdomen
I hear loads of weird noise in abdomen and sometimes I hear vibration (sound like trrr) while breathing in lower left side of abdomen. What could be the the reason behind this this?

That's normal to have such sounds. Sometimes if they are troublesome then we decide to treat it.
