Localised Back pain
I have been diagnosed with hla b-27 positive and have undergone MRI and many x-rays that have mix results some suggest ankylosing spondalitis and some not. Even doctors I consulted are confused, I am not perfectly fine since past 2 years and the back is a nuiscence since then. Tried painkillers , physiotherapy , swimming , vitamin d and calcium course but the problem resonates time and again. So I need to ask how to confirm if the problem is AS ? And if it's that how can I get it cured, please help me it's ruining my golden years of my life

Hi there...Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest spine surgeon or orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
