Everyone around you, including the person you admire the most for his capacity for independent decision making, socialization or acceptance by people he interacts with started from a point zero; where he was unsure of himself & felt constantly judged. When we all begin experimenting from this point, there shall be some experiences which build confidence in us & some others which make us think less of ourselves. Many of us tend to be more sensitive about second class of experiences & build an unconscious tendency to consider ourselves lesser a people. When one builds this tendency, society affirms & strengthens this tendency hence he starts becoming what he thinks of himself.     At this point in your life, i want you to pick a sport/activity which could be swimming, jimming or any game and invest yourself thoroughly in it for minimum 6 months rigorously, till you know for yourself that you are a master at it. There will be setbacks. You might loose motivation. However you would have to remember that this is the most important assignment of your life at this point and should not quit. If you complete this task successfully, i can give a guarantee that you would master most of these insecurities & loneliness you are currently facing. Once you are done with this activity, if you retain your loneliness; consider consulting a professional who would help you to master your life further. Good Luck & Take Care.
