I feel lonely and left out all the time which is so emotionally draining that i am unable to concentrate and i either sleep off for some long 14hrs or cry when i am awake. I feel nobody cares for me .These episodes are intermittent otherwise am jolly person. Whenver i try sharing this problem with my friends they brush it off saying i am whole responsible for this. But being a medical student i knew i need help. Help me regarding what am going through and what shold i do.

Firstly, what you are going through is quite normal; everyone feels the same way sometime or other. It's just that most people also snap out of the feeling. You will need to talk to someone who can understand what you are going through and help you deal with it.
