My sister is IT proffesional. She used very active and go office regulalrly. Since lock down she is doing some work from home. Since two days she is behaving like she is lost and her thoughts are becoming blank. Responding for two three calls and keeps on imaging somthing and starring. While doing physical activity also she loosing her thoughts and starring. If i say somthing she is repeating.

You can ask her to start noticing her thoughts, keep a record, analyse the underlying basis of them, are these future related worries or rumination of any past negative experiences, Is there any pattern which is emerging, what are emotions attached with these thoughts. May be she will get more clarity of her condition.
