You need to have some tests to rule out thyroid and vitd3 deficiency
And I have to take proper family history to rule out androgenic alopecia and also need to know about products(gel) that you are using.

Hello dear. You seem to have what's known as androgenetic alopecia or common male pattern baldness.
It is a progressive condition and if not acted upon early, can lead to grade 7 or near total baldness
