HELLO, SPOROLAC SACHET THREE TIMES A DAY FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS.. ORS AS YOU USE. FREQUENTLY LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. CONSULT YOUR TREATING DOCTOR. O.K BYE.
