Loose motion and vomiting
I had been having loose motion but it stopped so I ate lots of food yesterday. Today since morning 4am I have been vomiting till there was nothing but water. Then loose motion. Now both together. Vomiting bile. Drunk a glass of water. Vomited it out.

Is the stool black or dark red in colour. If you have bleeding in small intestine or large intestine you may have severe diarrhoea which is foul smelling. The bilious vomiting suggests some kind of intestinal acute obstruction.
