Unfortunately, the information required to be able to effectively help you is unavailable: whether she has fever, blood or mucous in stools, pain during defecation, perianal redness/excessive gas, etc.
Since the diarrhoea is now 10days, unlikely to be viral, may be lactose-intolerance, bacterial....at least stool R/E (routine) test, stool occult blood, stool reducing substance is helpful, before consulting a Pediatrician.
Next Steps
It is always better to give oral zinc after active diarrhoea has resolved: it is just to decrease chances of recurrence of diarrhoea, not to treat current episode.
Health Tips
Minimise diary products especially cow's milk/formula (from cow's milk), as lactase deficiency can worsen/prolong diarrhoea
