Hai, Is there any unusual food intake yesterday??? If it is of food induced gastroenteritis you might require to start antibiotics and other supportive medications.  Make sure of proper Hydration always, as loose stools continues. Observe the stool content for the presence of any blood or mucus or any colour change. Imp:- Acute Diarrhoeal Disease - Gastroenteritis May I suggest, 1. Tab. Oflox TZ 1--0--1 × 5 days 2. Tab. Dolo 650mg 1--1--1 × 2 days for fever then if needed 3. Cap Pantop DSR 1--0--0 × 5 days (half hour before food) 4. Cap. Econorm 0--1--0 × 5 days 5. Plenty of oral fluids preferably ORS 6. Review after 5 days Take care
Next Steps
plenty of oral fluids (minimum 3 - 4 litres per day) preferably ORS/or homely prepared ORS substituents.
Health Tips
please take this medicines only if you are having a food induced gastroenteritis and you don't have any known drug allergies. if you are feeling any discomfort by taking these medications, then discontinue the medications and immediately seek medical attention. its always better to consult a physician in direct with all your history, signs and symptoms and to have a thorough physical examination and to reach a proper diagnosis before starting the treatment...
