I have loose motion from like past 2 days. sometimes i feel like vomiting and my head is getting heavy. i did not eat any kind of fastfood. Now i feel like a little fever.

I would advise you to drink ORS solution. These following steps may help:
- Stay hydrated, drink 3 liters of water per day
- Don't skip meals instead have a liquid diet containing soups and juices and slowly increase to solid diet based on how the food can be tolerated.
- Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food
- Avoid tea, coffee and carbonated drinks.
If the condition and fever persists or worsens kindly visit the ER at the earliest.
