Hello, a baby till 4month of age may pass stool as many times as they are fed. The stool may be slight curdy in nature and color may vary from golden yellow to greenish yellow in color. This is normal and known as gastro colic reflux.
Next Steps
You need to visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation, if urine output decreases and if baby is lethargic.
