My daughter have loose motion she is 4 year old, I have darolac z powder 2 g... how I gave let me no plz

Hello... do not worry... let me try and help u here... may I know how active is your daughter and is her tongue watery (these are the signs of dehydration) what is the current weight of your daughter???
Next Steps
Most of the loose motions are due to viral infections . They will take atleast 5 days to disappear . Till then the most important thing is replacing the lost water in the loose motions. Please let give ur daughter electral ( it is a prepared fruity type drink) as much as she wants. And give her atleast a glass of that every time she has a loose motions.
Health Tips
Give her half sachet of darolac powder twice a day. And also give her syp enterogermania 5 ml twice daily for five days. Kindly consult if u need my further help in this matter. I’ll be happy to help . TKe care
