Hi , kindly add ECONORM SACHET MORNING AND EVENING AFTER MEAL FOR 5 DAYS. TAKE ELECTROL POWDER 2 TEASPOON IN ONE GLASS OF WATER FOR 3-4 TIMES A DAY
