Loose motion with fever and cold
Hi doctor my baby having loose motion since 3 days its totaly watry stool passing n he is 18 month old even in morng i gave him antibiotic but it seems not helping me out kindly help me..

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given.
Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
