My grandpa 72 years old , he is a diabetic patient and he is taking insulin ..He used to drink tea earlier but now as he stopped drinking tea loose motions have started .. so what can be the reason and remedy ? He is taking supradyn tab, mynerve -N, clopidogrel ...

Hi noted ... if he is very long standing diabetes... may be 1. (Autonomic neuropathy) gastropathy may be one of the reason 2. But if just 2 to 3 days history may be some gastric infection, called acute GE for both treatment will be different  1. if long term then would be choice of loperamide 2. if acute may be pre probiotic
