Loose motions +gas and vomit
Last 3 days, have been feeling stuffy , nauseated. Everything eaten is thrown out. Have been prescribed Pan-D and O2 tablet(twice a day post meal). The vomitting has stopped but the loose motions are continuing (also with gas) - along with gases moving around the stomach Have a mild temperatures 99.5 and lose of taste.
I feel drowsy most of the times.
Medication is going on for last 2days.
Please advise.

You seem to be suffering from GASTROENTERITIS. Cause may be viral bacterial or protozoal INFECTIONS. Treatment depends on the Possible cause and other clinical findings. Whether any fever. Colour of stools. Dehydration. Other medical histories. Any known allergies to any medicine etc.

plenty of fluids with added sugar and salt. coconut water lemon juice etc. semi solid diet.
