I am having loose motions and poking type of pain in stomach.stomach feels full .It feels someone is poking needles in stomach

Most common cause of loose motions is Infection. Bacterial protozoal viral etc.
ANTIBIOTICS are usually needed.
Maintain hydration. Other Supporting MEDICINES are needed.
