I have been having loose motions always.whenever i take medicine i become fine but as i leave medicines then again loose motion occurs. Sometimes even i take medicines but can't get cured. I want to get rid of loose motions permanently what should i do. Plzz help i have started feling depressed. Is yoga helpful in avoiding such problems.plzz help

You must first get your examine by a lnternist and have proper investigation done may you have nothing or irritable bowel syndrome let it be decided by the doctor .
