Loose motions
My daughter is 1 year 2 months old..she does potty 3 times a day after every big meal ( ie breakfast, lunch and dinner).. since yesterda y her potty is loose than normal..today she did watery potty once after breakfast...What medicine I should give her to control loose motion timely...Her front 2 teeth are coming.. What food I should give and what to avoid.

Give zinc syp 5ml once a day and probiotics...

U can start giving her ors solution and watch for urine output. If urine output is good and child is accepting feeds well, nothing to worry about.. Give banana and curd rice.

1-2 loose stool in day small in quantity then not to worry. Give mother’s milk more if you are giving, more water or any liquids. Give curd , buttermilk or banana, apple or pomegranate If more watery you can give ors and zinc if needed. You can give regular home made food.
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician if diarrhoea is more or urine is low or blood in stool
