Loose motions
My two year old daughter is having motions since past two days..however she had fever until yesterday but not now...she has just arrived in my hometown with her mother..so could be a change of location as well...but as soon as she is eating.. instantly she is having smelly motions...pls advice me a suitable medication...

Antibiotics as it looks infective
Syp diof 50 mg (5ml) twice in a day for 5 dats
Next Steps
if activity decreased , fever, loose motion psrsist visit pediatrician
