Loosing temper often
I am experiencing sudden burst of temper very often due to work, love life and health. If i try to control it I feel down, loose control of my thinking and I feel disoriented.

The stressors in your life are causing you to feel irritable & when you are unable to cope with the situation, anger outburst seem to be the only response to that situation. Instead of just reacting impulsively to that situation in form of loss of temper, try to develop coping skills to deal with the stressors so that in the long term you will be able to manage stress well. Losing temper often can lead to negative consequences in the long term in form of disturbed interpersonal & work relationships, physical ill health- raised bp, acidity, headache.

Work on your problem solving & coping skills as it will be beneficial in the long run for your physical & mental health.

Is that you expectations are not met and you feel let down. Anger could also be due to that. Life teaches beautifully in different aspects which we generally do not even look in our routine life.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Do yoga, pranayama and meditation daily it will be very helpful and consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management. Counselling with pharmacotherapy will be further helpful. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
