Loosing weight continuously
I am loosing my weight continuesly. May be my diet is not proper. Can anyone help me for this type of issue Or any diet which would be helpful for me to gain weight. My age is 26 and my weight is 44 kg only.

Loosing weight fast without any reason is not good sign. Take proper diet, have fruits, milk, protein powder, and heavy meals. Consult your doctor / physician immediately to rule out the cause behind weight loss.

Loosing weight mostly for your age might be due to thyroid issues, get your thyroid profile done
