Losing weight- weakness
I am excessively losing weight without doing any kind of exercise. My appetite has reduced and I feel like eating junk.I feel bloated mostly.

I want your detailed history..i don't want to treat you blindly without knowing the cause of the problem,I will try my best to treat you. some questions I might ask that will give me little idea about your history 1.    Anyone in the family was diagnosed with this type of illness? 2.    Is any one in your family having hyperthyroidism? 3.   Is any family members diabetics? 4.    Is there a history of heart disease in the family? 5.    How much is your height weight and age? 6.    Have family members been struggling with other issues such as asthma, high blood pressure, alcoholism, or other substance abuse? please givme a feedback ASAP.

I would advise you to do a few investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile and serology tests such as HIV(if sexually active). I would recommend that you make the following changes to your lifestyle: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy,fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. If the problem persists or worsen visit the nearest ER
