Loss in hair density.
20 year old male. Suffering from loss in density frm past 10 months. Had very thick, dense, and long( 11 inches) wavy hair. Starting frm whorl, it spread eventually in all direction(top, front and even sides) in a whirpool way. Now a noticible thinning is also observed at crown and back of head frm past 3 months. Had a buzz haircut 5 months before. The temples receded only by a cm or so. Scalp skin was dry and very tight a few months before, bt now it is normal. Also have dandruff( white small flakes when scratched the head), bt it was always there during winters. Family history= Both grandfathers= no hairloss till end. Father= Nw 2. Uncles= 2 are bald( mainly bcuz of dibetes i think).nd 1 has full head of hair. Matrenal uncles= 2 bald and 2 with NW 0. Plzzz do help me out. Bcuz during 10 months i have lost enough of my hair density. Reduced to half. Attahing some pics. Might be of some assistance. Pic 1= frontal area. Pic 2= back of head.

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.
