Loss of appetite
I have complete loss of appetite and also feels like vomiting when I eat ...felling weakness also.there is no fever and no pain or anything.I don't have urge to do anything at all feels like nauseated

Complete loss of appetite is because of many etiologies, firstly,you should  done wid all your routine investigations like Cbc, lft kft se, Rbs,urm ucs etc in addition levels of ur thyroid hormone. In addition i need detailed history.

If your frequency of vomiting is too much and you are not able to eat anything then you better visit near by hospital and get yourself checked

Hello, These symptoms may be due to infection in liver or urinary tract or intestines. Few tests would be needed to find out the etiology - CBC LFT Urine routine examination
