I have complete loss of appetite and also feels like vomiting when I eat ...felling weakness also.there is no fever and no pain or anything.I don't have urge to do anything at all feels like nauseated

Complete loss of appetite is because of many etiologies, firstly,you should done wid all your routine investigations like Cbc, lft kft se, Rbs,urm ucs etc in addition levels of ur thyroid hormone.
In addition i need detailed history.

Few tests would be needed to find out the etiology -
CBC
LFT
Urine routine examination
